Refund window

If you purchased BiochemStep by mistake or have a technical access issue that cannot be resolved, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Access after refund

If a refund is issued, paid access may be removed from the associated account.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for prior access unless separately approved under this policy.
